ORDER

If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, it is most likely because an incorrect email address was entered during checkout.

Kindly send us an email at cs@growus.sg or Whatsapp us with your name and phone number, as well as the items that you purchased, so that we can search your order.

Right after an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address you designated.

If you could not locate the email, please check your junk box just in case the corresponding email was automatically sorted as spam and delivered to the junk box.

Please note that only one discount coupon code can be applied per order. However, FREE SHIPPING coupon and discount coupon can be used together. If you apply 2 or more discount codes, the larger discount will be applied.

Once you add all the products in your cart, you can check the final discount and free gifts that you will receive during checkout.

Once an order has been placed, it can't be changed or canceled. However, if you forgot to apply a discount code, we can do that for you.

For Malaysia it will be vary depending on your location:

-West Malaysia will takes 3-7 business days

-East Malaysia will take up to 14 days depending on the location.


Please note that the shipping to Malaysia might be different due to the customs clearance process. If more than 14 business days have passed since your package shipped and you still haven't seen any updates, please contact us at Whatsapp or email us at cs@growus.sg for assistance. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

If your order is already paid  and you wish to change your shipping address, cancel or edit your order, please contact us before 09:30 AM (SGT) and include your order number for faster processing.

Unfortunately we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been processed by our warehouse, so please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping information during the checkout process. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by customer during checkout.

It’s totally normal for your tracking to go a few days without an update. Once your package arrives at your local post office, the tracking may not update until it goes out for delivery. Sometimes shipping labels can get scratched during processing and don't register properly, but your package should still be on its way!

If more than 14 business days have passed since your package shipped and you still haven't seen any updates, please contact us at Whatsapp or email us at cs@growus.sg for assistance. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement withing 15 days of purchase. Please reference your order number with all communications with our customer service for faster assistance.

1.Only products purchased on GROWUS may be returned for a refund or replacement.

2. We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.

3. Returned products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept partially used products or products with broken seals.

4. Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping cost is equal to the initial shipping rate.

5. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.

6. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

7. If you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Once the package is shipped out from our warehouse and if a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. For this issue please contact us at Whatsapp or email us at cs@growus.sg

Sea Salt Therapy Scalp Scaler

1. Comb your hair before soaking your hair and make sure that there are no tangled hair.

2. Soak your scalp and hair with lukewarm water.

3. Put an appropriate amount of the Seasalt Scaler and massage it thoroughly on the scalp for about 3 minutes.

4. Rinse it well until the salt grain is not remained on your hair and scalp.

It is recommended to use once or twice a week instead of shampoo, and adjust the frequency of it based on your scalp condition.

You don't need to use shampoo since the scalp scaler works similarly with shampoo. But if you feel your hair is too oily you can use shampoo first then follow with Sea Salt Scalp Scaler after first rinse.

For the sea salt scaler, since it has high cleaning power, you may feel a little stiffness on the hair after use. But it won't make your hair damaged and rough, as the product is for the scalp cleaning.

If you feel stiff after washing with the scaler, we recommend you to use conditioner or hair mask from you mid hair to the tip of your hair.

Damage Therapy No-Wash Treatment

1. Dry your hair with towel 

2. Before drying your hair with hairdryer Spray Damage Therapy No-Wash Treatment 

3. Done!

We recommend to spray not more than 5 times to prevent your hair to be oily. But it will back to your preverence.

The content may come up when the spray pump is pressed several times on the first time use. The contents of the treatment are more viscous than water, so it takes some time to come up, but please try it many times. If it doesn't work, you can take out the spray gun and pump it out of the air several times, and put it back in the container and try it. If the pump still didn’t work please contact our Customer Service team.

As nature of the pearl product, if it's exposed to hot weather, it's inevitable for the pearl to clump together.
There is no difference in product efficacy even if you use the pearl without completely loosening, and the pearl is a component used as a visual element.
If you don't shake the product for a long time, there may be strong clumps on the floor like a video.
We inform you that there is no problem when using it because of the formulation characteristics.

The No-wash treatment may change colour depending on where you store the product.
If it faces the sun for a long time, it may change its colour to yellow. 😊
However, the colour doesn't change the effect of the product.

The no-wash Treatment is for untangling hair and making the hair smooth.
It is very unlikely to make the permed hair straight, but if you are worried, we recommend you spray it with 1 or 2 sprays.

By spraying a small amount it will not have an impact on your permed hair.
